What counts as a transaction?
Every transaction row Kleev keeps from your uploads, counted by transaction date within each calendar month.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Upload your bank CSVs and get auto-categorisation, budgets, goals and wealth tracking at A$0, within the limits above. No card needed.
What does unlimited mean on Max?
No plan caps on transactions, properties, statement grid history, OzBargain deal refreshes or smart alerts. Fair use applies to keep things sensible.
How does billing work?
We price every plan per week. On the monthly cycle we bill 4 weeks at a time, 13 cycles a year, at 4 times the weekly rate. Choose annual and you pay upfront at 15% off the weekly rate, and your payment covers 13 months of service: 13 months for the price of 12, renewing every 13 months. The discounted rate and the extra month together bring your overall saving to 21% compared with paying every 4 weeks.
What is the founding member offer?
A one-off launch offer. Pay once and keep lifetime access to everything in Max, with no subscription and nothing more to pay. We only offer it while we launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to Free. No lock-in.
What happens when I switch plans?
Upgrades apply straight away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, and your data stays exactly where it is.
Do you offer refunds?
No. You keep access for the time you have paid for, and you can cancel future renewals anytime.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for 7 days. If it still fails we cancel the subscription and move your account to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
