It started with a banker who lost track of his own money.
Kleev began with a personal problem from our founder, Jez. Spending 60+ hours a week on a deals desk in Sydney originating and structuring bond portfolios in the billions, he was still losing weekends to spreadsheets of his personal finance until he gave up altogether.
The tools he used at work were powerful. Personal finance software wasn’t. And handing over his bank login to another company didn’t feel like the answer either.
So he finally built Kleev: one place to understand his spending, accounts, properties and investments, without giving up control of his financial data.
